Texas attorney William Stevens and Florida attorney Jeff Barnes obtained a positive ruling for a Temporary Injunction on the sale of a Tarrant County house pending trial to determine the merits of the claims presented by the opposing party, an out-of-state company claiming to own the assignment of the homeowner's loan.
Filing on behalf of a Tarrant County property owner, William Stevens and Jeff Barnes succeeded in obtaining a Temporary Restraining Order in the 352 District Court, canceling a scheduled sheriff's sale and keeping a residence in the hands of its owner.
